We then print the best of your comments alongside Jeremy’s own insights.I’ve been working for the same organisation for seven years, slowly progressing with a number of promotions and increased responsibility. I’ve been able to gain a lot of experience in different areas and contexts, not all of which were originally intended. I’m starting to reach a stage where I don’t have further to go in the organisation, which my boss fully acknowledges.
