Wanda opens city-size theme park in Harbin as Wang Jianlin mum on loan check mystery


Wanda Group, the property to entertainment conglomerate owned by China’s richest man Wang Jianlin, on Friday opened Wanda City in Harbin, its third such theme park as part of a major push into China’s leisure industry.
Harbin Wanda City, the largest recreation project in the country’s northeastern region, features Russian-style architecture, a movie theatre and the world’s largest indoor skiing and snow entertainment park covering 1.6 square kilometres.
