Verdale, a private residential development jointly developed by COLI Singapore and CSC Land Group (Singapore) in District 21, is set to open for preview – which will be done by appointment only – this Saturday (5 September).
Located at the foot of Bukit Timah Hill, The official sales launch for the 99-year leasehold project will be held on 19 September.
Comprising seven five-storey blocks, the development features 258 units of one- to five-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 463 sq ft to 1,873 sq ft.
Also included are 12 duplex penthouse units catering to multi-generational families or those on the lookout for more space to unwind following a hard day’s work.
The one-bedroom units are priced from $791,000, while the two-bedroom units go from $998,000.
Equipped with premium fittings and fixtures, the units’ dining and living areas are fitted with marble flooring, while the bedrooms sport timber floorings. Each unit also comes with appliances and fittings from Grohe, De Dietrich and Villeroy & Boch.
The units also feature smart space solutions – with the “armadio” putting a functional twist on the windowsill with extra countertop storage and space; the “alcove”, which is a display shelf embedded within select walls, hides clutter while serving as a display area; the “armoire”, which is an elegant nook at the master bedroom, holds the resident’s accessories and personal items.
