Thomas Cook charged us twice and we’re still waiting for a refund months later


It owes us £240 after double debiting our account for a legroom supplement and wrongly charging for changing my wife’s titleMy wife and I made flights-only bookings to New York with Thomas Cook last December. The invoice showed my wife as male. She had reverted to female on the paperwork two months later, when I paid a £240 supplement for seats with extra legroom.
