The company sends letters and parcels for a ‘Miss Gray’ and we are worried this might be a scamPlease help us with a problem with TalkTalk. We have received a number of letters and packages addressed to a “Miss Gray”, which we have returned unopened. As we belong to a vulnerable age group, we are wary of anything that seems to be taking advantage. We cannot be sure our address is being used to deceive or that it is an offence, but it is an intrusion which causes anxiety, with the prospect of debt collectors and bailiffs turning up on our doorstep. We are also concerned that should we wish to sell the house we would have to declare this nuisance if it continues.Action Fraud has been very helpful and reassuring – they would know more than we would if this is an isolated incident or a more widespread problem.
