Taking stock of the year’s winners and losers


It is time to take a look back at the season’s plantings, the successes and failures, and plan for the futureSummer’s over. Winter stirs. Time then to take stock of the growing season. Howard also grew them at home.Our flower palette pretty much sticks to sweet peas, yellows, oranges and reds. Constant sunflowers, nasturtiums and calendula, and scarlet tagetes Ildkongen.
