Shanghai’s prices of new homes declined for the first time in 22 months in November, while prices stopped increasing in Beijing, as a raft of market cooling measures enforced by the Chinese government began to show effect.
Price of new homes dipped 0.1 per cent in November, compared with October, according to the National Bureau of Statistics. That’s the first decline since February 2015, according to the bureau’s data. Prices in Shenzhen fell 0.3 per cent, the data showed….
