Le Quest, Qingjian Realty’s first mixed-use development in Bukit Batok, will be opened for preview this weekend (22 July).
Set to be completed in November 2024, the project will feature five 12-storey apartment with 516 residential units, 6,000 sq m of retail space, a childcare centre and carparks.
Notably, there will be 36 studio units and 96 one-bedroom units. The rest are two- to four-bedroom units.
Unit sizes range from 431 sq ft to 1,528 sq ft, while prices start from S$588,000 for a studio unit and S$1.38 million for a four-bedroom unit.
Facilities include a 50m lap pool, family pool, kids pool, gym, sky BBQ and dining pavilion. There will also be a clubhouse, maze garden, putting green, therapy pool and kid’s pavilion.
Nestled in a 14,696.7 sq m site, Le Quest is just an eight-minute drive from Singapore’s future second CBD, the 360ha Jurong Lake District and the KL-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) terminus.
The project is also near Bukit Batok Nature Park and Bukit Batok Town Park.
The Straits Times reported that some analysts believe that the prices are on the high side.
“The average selling price is a bit rich for the neighbourhood and it is not near the MRT station,” noted International Property Advisor chief executive Ku Swee Yong.
Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group deputy general manager Yen Chong, however, said the price is fair given that it is the first mixed development in the area.
Le Quest will be launched on 5 August.
