Parc Greenwich, a 496-unit joint residential development project of Frasers Property and CSC Land Group, will open for e-application from 26 August to 6 September.
Located next to the landed enclave in Seletar Hill, the wellness-inspired executive condominium (EC) is set for launch and sales booking on 11 September, reported Singapore Business Review (SBR).
It features nine 14-storey residential towers and has 52 wellness and lifestyle facilities spread across eight recreational zones.
Units at the development range from two-bedroom to five-bedroom units and measure between 786 sq ft and 1,464 sq ft. There are also penthouses, which range from 990 sq ft two-bedroom units to 1,679 sq ft five-bedders.
“Our high-quality residential development Parc Greenwich appeals to young couples and families with children who value wellness and active living with a plethora of facilities and amenities at their doorstep,” said Lorraine Shiow, Acting Chief Operating Officer of Resident (Singapore) at Frasers Property.
“To enhance the living experience, all units are equipped with a smart home system for greater digital convenience, with an option to add on more Internet-of-Things (IoT) features and smart appliances,” she added as quoted by SBR.
Set to secure a temporary occupation permit (TOP) in 2024, Parc Greenwich is well-connected to Seletar Expressway, Central Expressway and Tampines Expressway. The closest MRT station is Sengkang MRT station, accessible via the Fernvale Light Rail Transit station.
It is also near next-generation digital, commercial and industrial hubs, providing more employment opportunities within the northeast region.
Eligible first-time buyers at the development can qualify for Central Provident Fund housing grants of up to $30,000.
