One-third of Forett at Bukit Timah sold since launch

Forett at Bukit Timah has sold 212 units in a month.
The 633-unit Forett at Bukit Timah has continued to attract keen interest from homebuyers, selling 212 units (as of 31 August 2020) – or one-third of the total – since the project’s launch on 8 August.
In a release, Qingjian Realty Deputy General Manager Yen Chong said close to 700 visitors have scheduled viewings with them at the project’s sales gallery from 11 to 31 August.
“We see this as a sign that many recognise the potential of the area, with the future Beauty World Integrated Transport Hub making living near Beauty World MRT station more convenient. We believe that Forett at Bukit Timah’s attractive prices and prime location will continue to draw in the crowd,” she said.
Set to receive its notice of vacant possession in September 2024, the freehold residential development offers one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom suites with sizes ranging from 474 sq ft to 1,884 sq ft.
It is located on Toh Tuck Road, just a stone’s throw away from the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Bukit Batok Nature Reserve as well as the upcoming Rail Corridor.
The development’s sales gallery is located opposite King Albert Park MRT, along Yarwood Avenue. The sales gallery is open daily from 10am to 7pm.
Meanwhile, Qingjian Realty’s other projects also registered robust sales, with the 516-unit Le Quest fully sold. Its 1,206-unit JadeScape also moved 50 units last month.
“JadeScape – another project of ours in the RCR region – has consistently been among the top best-selling projects. We’re glad we kept the momentum across all of our projects,” said Chong.
“Le Quest promises the convenience of living atop an array of F&B, retail and other services. JadeScape is as convenient with its connectivity – just like Forett at Bukit Timah. This really shows what homebuyers are after,” she added.
