Eton Properties has a unique solution for Hong Kong’s housing problem.
The developer, owned by the family of Filipino magnate Lucio Tan, is converting an upscale apartment complex in one of Hong Kong’s most prestigious neighbourhoods into a co-living space to rent out to young graduates and job seekers.
