Latest figures show property market curbs have slowed price growth in 15 key Chinese cities


Fifteen of China’s largest cities, that imposed recent fresh rounds of property market tightening policies, have seen a cooling in house price growth in the first half of October, according to official government figures published on Friday.
The biggest slowdown in price rises was in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, which cooled by 3.8 percentage points to 4.4 per cent from 8.2 per cent by mid-October from the end of September, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Friday.
