My 90-year-old mother-in-law is without her phone but a fix within 30 hours has been delayed into over three weeksMy 90-year-old mother-in-law lives alone and is without a working phone. Because she is classed as disabled and prone to falls (for which she has an alarm system, linked to the phone) we were told initially that the repair would be within 30 hours. Then three days.
