HSBC has rented more than 300 hot desks in a grade-A office building in Causeway Bay, to house its digital and transformation teams.
The bank took out membership at the WeWork Tower 535 on Jaffe Road, the United States-based co-working office provider confirmed on Thursday.
Jason Chiang, manager of business space Asia Pacific research at CBRE, said these kinds of offices can help users save between 10 and 30 per cent on rent, compared with traditional office space.
