House prices on Britain's most expensive street drop by £4m


The average property value on Kensington Palace Gardens in west London stands at £38.3m, down from £42.6m in 2015The ultra-wealthy owners of homes on Britain’s most expensive street have each typically seen more than £4m wiped off the value of their property in the space of 14 months, according to new research that suggests post-Brexit uncertainty has cost them dear.Despite losing some of its lustre over the last year or so, Kensington Palace Gardens in west London managed to hold on to the top spot on the property website Zoopla’s list of the most expensive streets in Britain, with an average property value of £38.3m.
