Kuala Lumpur is gearing up to welcome a new upscale landmark with the recent launch of the new Sentral Residences sales gallery, an event attended by local and international celebrities including men’s fashion designer Bon Zaina and representatives from luxury Swiss watch manufacturer Jaeger LeCoultre.
Located on Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, the newly opened sales gallery showcases the elegant interiors of the forthcoming EPIC Luxe Homes @ Sentral Residences project, a joint development between Malaysian Resources Corportation Berhad (MRCB) and Quill.

The twin tower Sentral Residences is a freehold property with an average entry price of MRY1.4 million (USD320,000) for a 100 sqm unit, which comes with its own private lift lobby and one car park space.

A total of 752 units will be spread out the two 50-plus storey buildings.
As well as having a panoramic view of downtown Kuala Lumpur, residents will have access to world-class amenities such as rooftop twin saltwater pools, rooftop Jacuzzi, rooftop gym, Sky Garden, Sky Bridge, and interactive streams and water jets at the private garden deck.
Sentral Residences is slated for a Q3 2016 opening.
