A residential site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 has been launched for sale via public tender, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) revealed.
The 99-year leasehold site falls under the Confirmed List of the second half 2021 Government Land Sales (GLS) programme.
With an area of 12,449.3 sq m, the site has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 37,348 sq m and a maximum building height of 60 to 70 m Singapore Height Datum (SHD).
The site is expected to yield about 375 housing units.
The tender for the site will close on 8 March 2022.
“The tender closing for this site will be batched with a residential site at Dairy Farm Walk, which was launched by URA in October 2021 under the Confirmed List of 2H2021 GLS Programme,” said HDB.
