New Khmer Architecture – Mid-Century Modernism; until 5 February 2016

Explore the rise of mid-20th century Modernism in the form of New Khmer Architecture, a style that blended features of Cambodia’s Angkor tradition and the vernacular of traditional houses. Organised by The Vann Molyvann Project, a group of ardent followers of legendary Cambodian architect Vann Molyvann, the exhibit is an ongoing event until the first week of February at The 1961 Co-Working & Art Space located in the Upper West River, Siem Reap.
