Rents in Lohas Park are expected to come under pressure amid an increase in supply of new homes in the area, property agents say.Nearly 4,200 homes in three projects – Sea To Sky, Marini and Montara – will be ready for occupation in Hong Kong’s largest residential enclave this quarter and in the first quarter of next year.
