Currys claim that dishwasher could not be collected doesn’t hold water


It refused to take responsibility for collecting a Miele dishwasher, despite it failing within five minutes of being switched onI purchased a Miele dishwasher from Currys for £579. It failed within five minutes and the screen showed a “circulation pump failure”. The store assured me it would be collected and I would be refunded, but as it was a bank holiday and Miele couldn’t be contacted, I would need to call back the next day. Continue reading…
