A real estate company controlled by Chinese tycoon Cheung Chung-kiu confirmed it is seeking to buy the Leadenhall Building in London, the Square Mile’s tallesttower and known as the “Cheesegrater”.
Chongqin-based CC Land Holdings said it was “in advanced discussions with respect to the potential acquisition of the Leadenhall Building”, according to a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange on Wednesday.
