China’s new home prices recorded their biggest month-on-month decline in more than six years in November, amid declining sales and a liquidity crunch in the property sector.The average price for 70 cities tracked by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) fell 0.3 per cent last month from October for their sharpest decline since a 0.5 per cent drop in February 2015, shows data released by NBS on Wednesday.“New home prices fell for a third straight month, at a faster pace.
