China Evergrande Group has set the target of building 600,000 homes in 2022, as the embattled developer leans on its construction operation to lift it out of its debt quagmire.Evergrande plans to fully restore its construction operations this month, the Guangzhou-based developer’s chairman Hui Ka-yan said during an internal meeting on Sunday, according to a person familiar with the matter.
