Tedge, Macly Group’s mixed-development project in District 14, attracted around 600 people during its first weekend of opening its showflat on 29 February and 1 March despite COVID-19 concerns.
“We are very encouraged by the response of the visitation of the showflat during the weekend. There was a good mix of interest across the unit types,” said Joan Chang, Marketing Manager at Macly Group.
Featuring 42 residential units as well as two commercial shops and two F&B shops, the freehold development will be launched for sale this Saturday (7 March), with unit prices starting from $1,500 per sq ft (psf).
Of the 42 residential units, 13 consists of three-bedroom and four-bedroom penthouses.

With this, its two-bedroom units will be offered from $1.26 million, $1.37 million for three-bedders and $1.67 million for four-bedders. The penthouses, on the other hand, are priced from $1.44 million.
Inspired by minimalist and zen living, the development along Changi Road has green plants along its architectural façade while its interior selection resembles a Japanese inspired colour palette.
The commercial units are located at the first level of the Tedge, while the residential units are spread across levels two to five. The penthouses, which come with skylit bathrooms, are situated at the attic (level 6).
Set to obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by Q4 2022, the development also has carpark at basement one to three.
Aside from this, there will also be a rooftop pool, teppanyaki grill and callisthenics gym.
Tedge’s sales gallery is located along Still Road, next to Still 123 apartment.
