You get higher rents, your tenants are tidy and take care of the furniture and there’s none of that ‘but you promised to double-glaze the front bedroom’ hassle. So went a conversation I overheard recently between two buy-to-let landlords. Corporate letting is certainly not a doddle. There’s the human factor, for one.
