15% of 548-unit OLA to be priced below $1mil


The two-bedroom units start from $1,100 psf, while the 1,722 sq ft five-bedroom units (9 units) will be priced from $1,154 psf. 
Anchorvale, the developer of OLA executive condominium (EC) in Sengkang, has revealed that about 15% of the units at the Spanish-themed development will be priced below $1 million.
This comes as nearly half the units at the 548-unit EC will be priced lower than existing EC stocks in Singapore on a per sq ft (psf) basis. The prices for the units are as follows:

Prices 775 sq ft two-bedroom units (30 units) will start at $1,100 psf
Three-bedroom units – which range from 926 sq ft to 1,055 sq ft (422 units) – will be offered from $999 psf
Its 1,389 sq ft three-bedroom units (87 units) will go from $976 psf
The 1,722 sq ft five-bedroom units (9 units) will be priced from $1,154 psf

With this, a number of units out of the development’s nine penthouses will be offered at around $2 million. Measuring about 1,722 sq ft, the luxurious penthouses sit atop each residential tower.
Anchorvale said it will unveil all show units on 19 and 20 March amidst a carnival atmosphere, before bookings commence this Saturday (21 March).
OLA registered 1,163 e-applications as over 4,000 visitors flocked its show gallery on 29 February and 1 March, which is the final weekend prior to the closing of e-applications.
The developer noted that the above pricing range will apply for applications made on 21 March only, as they will be adjusted upwards from 22 March.

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have taken stringent health precautions including managing the flow of visits, and providing sanitisers and masks. We are convinced that OLÁ – in design concept, facilities, features and community activities – sets a new benchmark for Singapore ECs,” said Vincent Ong, Director of EVIA.
Set to be completed in December 2023, OLA is the first EC in Singapore to offer telehealth services to its residents as well as more than 500 hours of complimentary classes in a year, ranging from baking, dance, yoga, skincare workshops and football classes.
Situated near Cheng Lim LRT and Sengkang MRT station, the EC development is a two-minute drive from Nan Chiau Primary School.
