\nThe Vietnam National Real Estate Association\u00a0(VNREA), the country\u2019s largest and most respected organisation for the property sector, is officially a Supporting Association of the Vietnam Property Awards 2016.
\nLed by the Vice Minister of Construction Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam, chairman of VNREA, the organisation also supported the Awards\u2019 inaugural ceremony in August last year in Ho Chi Minh City, believing that the Vietnam Property Awards will provide a wide regional exposure for Vietnamese developers and trailbrazers.
\n\u201cWe are thrilled to welcome back VNREA, Vietnam\u2019s biggest and most established real estate association, to our annual gala dinner where the best of Vietnam real estate will be celebrated,\u201d says Terry Blackburn, founder and managing director of the Asia Property Awards and Property Report, sponsors of the \u201cMeeting with VNREA members 2016\u201d conference held in Dalat, Lam dong last month.
\nHe adds: \u201cBy supporting the Vietnam Property Awards, VNREA is\u00a0helping to promote Vietnam\u2019s finest current developments and latest innovations to an international audience across Southeast Asia to reach PropertyGuru\u2019s network of 14 million real estate consumers.\u201d
\nBased in Hanoi, VNREA is a prestigious association with a global mindset. Its members participate in various international real estate conferences around the world to share best practices in Vietnam\u2019s fast-recovering property sector.
\nThe organisation predicts that the domestic market will remain on the upswing, with property prices rising by 5-10 percent against 2015, boosted by a positive economic outlook and falling inflation.
\nIts official website, vnrea.vn, regularly posts the latest news updates about the local market and also hosts an online forum for brokers and realtors to educate real estate professionals about Vietnam\u2019s attractive property sector.
\nVNREA will provide the keynote speaker for the black-tie gala of the Vietnam Property Awards, which takes place on Friday, 10 June at the InterContinental Asiana Saigon. Preceded by the high-level conference\u00a0Property Report Congress Vietnam 2016 in the morning, the exclusive gala dinner expects an attendance of around 400 C-level executives and real estate professionals.
