\nAmara Holdings, a firm with various businesses like hotels and specialty restaurants, is poised to launch its 10 Evelyn residential development in Newton next week.
\nDesigned by award-winning designer, Mok Wei Wei of W Architects, the freehold project comprises only 56 units spread across four five-storey blocks. These consist of one- to two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses with sizes from 527 sq ft.
\nAmara Holdings CEO Albert Teo told the Business Times that units will be priced at over $2,400 psf.

\nLocated off Newton Road in prime District 11, 10 Evelyn sits on a prime site measuring 30,298 sq ft that is close to the Newton and Novena MRT stations.
\nThe project is also close to malls such as Velocity, Square 2 and United Square, as well as popular dining spot Newton Food Centre.
\nNearby healthcare facilities include Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Thomson Medical Centre and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.
\nSeveral established schools are also within the vicinity, including St. Joseph\u2019s Institution Junior, Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) and Singapore Chinese Girls\u2019 School, while Orchard Road and the central business district (CBD) are a short drive away.
\n10 Evelyn comes with various facilities including a gym, 20m pool and landscaped courtyard with a lawn.
\nResidents will also enjoy smart home features like a seamless intercom system for guests and an automated carpark, along with lighting and air-conditioning that can be remotely controlled via a smartphone.
