\nNine weeks ago, I told the bank it had put my money into the wrong account \u2013 but I am still waiting for a resolutionI paid my credit card debts in full over the phone with Santander. When I checked my account I noticed that \u00a31,000 had been credited to a stranger\u2019s account incurring a \u00a330 transfer fee. I did not request, nor authorise, this sum. I reported this to the bank and was told the fraud department would investigate.When my statement arrived, it said I was to be charged \u00a312 for not meeting the minimum repayment on the card.
