\nThurrock site receives lowest satisfaction rating as toilet renovation works take tollThurrock services on the M25 have been rated by users as the worst in England, in a survey of motorway service stations. It came bottom after receiving a lowly satisfaction rating of 68%; Toddington Southbound (M1) was second worst with a score of 72%.
