\nAfter 18 months my daughter\u2019s toy has a fault but neither the seller nor Amazon Marketplace will helpI bought a Furby Boom toy from Amazon Marketplace just over 18 months ago (in November 2013), which has developed a fault and lost its sound. While most parents would be thrilled to silence one of these pesky toys, my 10-year-old daughter is bereft. I\u2019ve had a lot of circular correspondence with the seller, who is refusing to refund or repair the item, and Amazon\u2019s complaints department has not replied.Amazon\u2019s returns policy only seems to apply within a very short time frame (90 days).
