\nA luxury residential development in North Point drew a strong response from buyers on Wednesday, with more than 100 units snapped up by early afternoon, even as prices at New World Development\u2019s Fleur Pavilia were bumped up by 10 per cent from those sold a week earlier.
\nOf the 247 units on offer, 101 were sold as of 1:30pm on Wednesday as buyers thronged the developer\u2019s Tsuen Wan sales centre, with the cheapest flat on offer for HK$19.5 million (US$2.49 million).
