\nThe Garden Residences by Keppel Land and Wing Tai Asia attracted more than 3,000 visitors over the weekend after its showflat at Serangoon North Avenue 1 opened for preview on Saturday (19 May).
\nVisitors included those living in the nearby Serangoon Gardens landed estate and en bloc homeowners in District 19 seeking replacement homes.

\nProspective buyer Zycro Wong, 36, said he liked the project\u2019s extensive landscaping and the provision of flexible storage spaces.
\nThe smart-enabled project will also feature technology from mobile app developer Habitap, which will allow residents to book condo facilities as well as control their air-conditioners, door locks and water heater.
\nThe 613-unit project comprises a range of one- to five-bedroom apartments from 452 sq ft to 1,981 sq ft spread across five 15-storey towers.
\nProperty agents said indicative prices are in the range of $1,750 psf to $1,850 psf.
\n\u201cThe proximity to Kovan MRT station, Serangoon MRT interchange, French School of Singapore and the wide array of amenities are some of (its) drawing points,\u201d said PropNex Realty CEO Ismail Gafoor.
\nThe 99-year leasehold project is expected to be officially launched in June, with its completion targeted by 2021.
