\nHong Kong\u2019s housing market is showing no sign of slowing, as a throng of 9,800 prospective buyers vied to get their hands on the biggest launch of newly built apartments this year, before the city\u2019s mortgage payments rise in tandem with higher interest rates.
\nMore than 100 units, or 20 per cent of the 500 flats on offer at Wheelock & Co.\u2019s Malibu complex at Lohas Park, were sold within 90 minutes of the sales launch, said the developer\u2019s managing director Ricky Wong…
