\nWhen we realised the mistake, we were told that only the taxes could be refundedMy pensioner father used website eDreams to book four flights for a return trip from Gatwick to Menorca. Once he\u2019d received confirmation, he realised the trip took 10 hours, and included a six-hour stopover in Madrid. Clearly he would never have booked the flights if he\u2019d realised, especially as we are travelling with an 18-month-old baby.He rang eDreams within minutes of the original booking and was told he could cancel with no fee payable as he was doing it so quickly, and it was an understandable reason.
