\nProperty agents have been in the news recently following the launch of a new Industry Transformation Map that aims to make salespersons more accountable by publishing their customer ratings and transaction histories. The move has been welcomed by both real estate agencies and consumers, with ERA Realty saying that it is fully supportive of the government\u2019s initiative to move the industry forward.
\nThe roadmap will take effect in the near future, but in the meantime, we\u2019ve come up with an easy guide on the qualities you should look for when searching for a good real estate agent.
