\nI was thrilled to get broadband, but I have been without the service for nearly nine weeksI am a 32-year-old disabled woman who is housebound. It is vital to have lifelines in place to help distract from the isolation, so I was thrilled when BT Infinity became available in my area.On the day the service was due to be activated my internet connection was, instead, disconnected.
