\nFlat-owners in Citiscape high-rise in Croydon could face costs of up to \u00a331,300 each Cladding similar to that used on Grenfell Tower may not be removed from a privately owned high-rise in Croydon until residents pay the estimated \u00a32m cost of the work, a property tribunal has heard.
