\nThe network is unable to to get to the bottom of the mysterious \u2018service calls\u2019Having checked my mobile phone usage over Christmas, I was confused to find that on two different days in December I\u2019d been charged an extra \u00a314 by O2 for \u201cservice calls\u201d to 0845 450 0130. Thinking that this was some sort of scam, I called O2, but it doesn\u2019t seem to be able to get to the bottom of it \u2013 though the company has offered a refund of half the cost.
