\nMainland Chinese decoration billionaire Xhu Xingliang from Suzhou is the likely owner of Asia\u2019s third most expensive flat, located at the exclusive Mount Nicholson development on The Peak.
\nXhu was revealed as the buyer of the 4,266 square foot flat on the 10th floor at the Mount Nicholson phase three development, according to data released by the Land Registry on Wednesday.
