\nWhat hoops have you had to jump through in a job interview? Was the process relevant to the skills you felt you had to offer in the position?The recruitment process is becoming more and more elaborate, with some employers interviewing candidates over several hours, and putting them through a variety of potentially stressful tasks that may not relate to the job they\u2019re applying for. Some retailers ask their job candidates to sing their names and background, come up with an impromptu performance to sell a product, and other unusual challenges.
