This was followed by the suburbs in northern and western Singapore, which saw asking prices grow by 2.5 and 2.2 percent respectively.<br \/>\nThe Index uses data from over 200,000 listings on PropertyGuru\u2019s website, and is benchmarked against price levels as of Q1 2015.<br \/>\nAt the same time, the supply of homes put up for sale fell by 4.5 percent in Q3 from the previous quarter in anticipation of higher prices next year.<br \/>\n\u201cThere is light at the end of the tunnel now that the market sentiment has finally taken a positive turn after two consecutive years of low seller confidence,\u201d said Hari V.
