Here is the latest dilemma \u2013 what are your thoughts?I am a solicitor in a very specialised field and have been for 25 years. I also do some part-time university lecturing, but in a very esoteric area. I recently turned 60, but my retirement age is 66. I have lots of skills and interests and I would like to start thinking about making a planned exit within the next two years, particularly as I have the beginnings of health problems, which might escalate.
