\nKowloon East will replace Central as Hong Kong\u2019s largest office market in terms of total supply in 10 years, according to a report published on Tuesday by real estate services and investment company CBRE.
\nGrade A office floor area in Kowloon East will expand to 7 million square feet in 2021 and 29 million sq ft in 2026, surpassing the current stock of 22 million sq ft in Central, Admiralty and Sheung Wan.
