\nThere is no shortage of warning signs that Sweden\u2019s housing market could be going from red-hot to icy cool.
\nAt the most basic level, it is all about supply and demand. The number of flats up for sale just hit a nine-year high, but the flood has not been followed by a gain in purchases.
