\nFirm claims that switching from BT will save home internet users who don’t make landline calls \u00a3225 over 18 monthsTalkTalk is to offer super low-cost home broadband, for just \u00a32.50 a month, aimed at those who use their mobile to make all their phone calls.The \u00a330-a-year deal, which gives customers unlimited internet access but excludes any free calls, is cheaper than BT’s cheapest \u00a310-a-month capped deal, and even undercuts TalkTalk’s own previous cheapest deal, Essentials, which was recently on offer at \u00a33.25 a month.
