\nHong Kong investors have shifted their attentions to buying whole, completed buildings outright in the city\u2019s central districts, making them some of the world\u2019s most-sought after targets.
\n\u201cMost developers are cash-rich, so they are able to try different ways of maximise their profits,\u201d said Vincent Cheung Kiu-cho, deputy managing director for Asia valuations at leading agency Colliers International.
