\nAfter more than 26 years working at Keppel Land, its CEO Ang Wee Gee will be leaving the company on 31 December 2017, according to a statement from Keppel Corporation on Sunday (3 September).
\nKeppel Land is currently evaluating possible candidates for the CEO role.

\n\u201cI thought this was a good time for me to step down to pursue other interests, confident that the strong management team that is now in place at Keppel Land can take the company to greater heights,\u201d said Ang.
\nCommenting, Keppel Corporation\u2019s CEO Loh Chin Hua said: \u201cWee Gee played an instrumental role in growing Keppel Land\u2019s businesses overseas and developing Keppel Land into the multi-faceted property player that it is today, with a strong presence in many key cities in Asia.\u201d
\nLoh, who is also chairman of Keppel Land, will assume the role of executive chairman effective 1 January 2018. \u00a0
\nMeanwhile, Louis Lim, director (group strategy and development) at Keppel Corporation, will be appointed chief operating officer of Keppel Land with effect from 1 January next year. Lim was previously a partner with Bain & Company before joining Keppel Group in 2016.
