\nFrom freezing and dehydrating fruit and vegetables to turning them into chutneys and tarts, the possibilities are endless for gardeners with a glut on their hands. You can even turn your marrows into booze \u2026At the bottom of the garden, in a sunny flowerbed home to generous white roses and long, fragrant spikes of lavender, sits the biggest courgette plant I have ever grown.
