\nAs Hong Kong home prices continue soaring sky high, so too have management fees, with one developer planning to charge buyers of a so-called \u201cnano flat\u201d in Kwai Chung a monthly HK$4.8 per (US62 cents) per square foot \u2013 one of the highest levels in the New Territories.
